Volume booking fee from ₹29. Prepaid consult optional. White-label and monthly subscription billing are phase 2 (not in this build).
Worked example (Starter)
If the campus takes 40 paid website bookings a day, 25 days a month: 1,000 × ₹49 = ₹49,000 / month paid by patients (not by the hospital). Hospital still collects its consultation at the desk. Agent phone bookings stay pay-at-hospital until the SMS payment link (phase 2).

Payment terms
- Onboarding: 50% with purchase order, 50% on go-live.
- Annual platform: 100% in advance, then each year.
- Booking fees: collected by Razorpay from the patient; gateway MDR extra.
- GST 18% extra on hospital invoices unless a different tax treatment is agreed.
- This quotation is valid 30 days. It is not a tax invoice.
